Item I give and bequeath unto my said sister Annie Rooke all my goods, cattells and chattels, movable and immovable of what nature quantity or kind soever, she paying my just debts and funeral expenses. And also I do hereby nominate constitute and appoynt my said sister Ann Rooke, sole executix of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other wills in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this third day of March in trhe seventh year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George by the grace of God of Great Brittain and King, and in the year of Our Lord One thousand seven hundred and twenty.
