Item for continueing and choosing of the number of my trustees, for the true trust and prudent management of this my charity, hopeing that they will att all times honestly discharge their duties Herein, my desire being that the number of trustees may never come under fiive I doe hereby order that upon the death of any of the trustees above named, or such others as shall att any time or times hereafter be elected of the number, that in much case the survivers or three at the least after my desire being for as many more as can be conveniently gott together, to meet in the hall of my now dwelling house, and to elect some other honest neighbour of good character and repute into the number of my said trustees in the place of such as shall be deceased, and such nomination or election to be entered writeing in a book, to be kept for that purpose under their hands, and such persons for ever to be trustees for this my charity, and I order that a publiic notice be given the Sunday week at least before such election of a trustee att the Church att Bolton aforesaid, from which election I would have no one person refused who is or shall be desirous to be present.

Item, I give and devise to my sister Ann, wife of Henry Rooke, and her hairs and assigns far ever, all my lands and estate called or known by the name of Scale Park, and also that messuage hous or tenement situate in Kettlewell in the said county of Yorke, with and every of their rights, members, and appurtenances.
